Brian was able to provide some details on the bikes I was looking at, and was great at listening to what I actually wanted out of a bike. Another store was really trying to upsell me to a bike that was $300 more than my budget, whereas Brian listened, and gave another example in my range, and then brought up the two bikes I was considering side by side to understand differences. He was able to get my sizing right, and when I needed to order the bike myself, just called and walked me through it. Super simple, nice people, clean store, don't go anywhere else.

We don’t currently have enough stock for MTB rentals … we only have like bike path cruiser and recumbent trike rentals
Depends on the make model and year also the time of year. We do have an outlet that buys or gives offers all year long we can use as a resource!
$10 for the tube $15 Labor to swap it out
We clean surfaces all day long and will wear masks if a customer prefers it. We do our best to stay socially distant unless the situation requires closer interaction. We do offer curbside drop off and pickup. Our employees may not have a mask on in the store due to safety concerns from working with aerosols degreasers and cleaning products. Thanks SLC
