If you're concerned about damage to the soft cover over the bed of the pick up truck you can ask the attendant to slow down the intensity of the blowers. This should still get the front of the car dry and the blowers will slow down for the second and rear portion of the truck. The vehicle won't come out as dry but it may ease you're concerns.
You would have to contact the manufacturer of soft cover if its Car wash friendly. I dont want to tell you to go and something happen. How ever if it handles the weather elements then should be good unless cracked or already ripped or torn. Contact manufacturer. Patriot is still a great friendly car wash though.
