They closed early today at 4:55pm (4/2/22) with a drive thru line full of cars and they didn’t say anything to anyone. I don’t know if something malfunctioned but there were 2 workers casually smoking in the parking lot that could put a sign up in the drive thru line stating that it was closed or they could have told people to exit the line. Instead, they just walked into the building when the door was closed to the line at 4:55, not caring that anyone sat in the line that whole time bc the signs say that it closes at 5:30 on Saturday.

This car wash ripped off my new bug shield. I left a note with the employee with my name and number for the owner he didn't even have the decency to call me back. Not even to say sorry but we're not responsible. Nothing. 😠

John, we are pleased that you enjoy coming to our car wash and appreciate your long-standing patronage. We were closed earlier than our normal business hours due to the rain that occurred about an hour before closing. Whenever there is rain or the streets are wet we are closed as do all the other car washes in the area. We hope that you will give us he opportunity make it up to you and see you again soon.
