Non-motorized wheelchairs can be borrowed at no cost at the coat check counter toward the left of the main valet entrance. Any security guard posted at each entrance can also assist you with your request.
You will need to ask the security for them. It may take a few moments if there isn't any close by. You might be better off parking in the garage as opposed to valet. More people park in the garage, so they would more than likely have a majority of the wheelchairs by that door.
