How old do you have to be for an R rated movie.

The age policy is children 6 and under can not attend R rated movies at anytime, children 6 and under can’t attend PG-13 movies after 6pm, and you got have to be 17 to attend R rated movies or accompanied with someone 21 or older

R rated movies require you to be 17 for admission unless with an adult. Some theaters have their own rules about how old the adult needs to be i.e. an 18 year old may not be able to bring their 16 year old sibling.

You have to be 18 years of age or have someone 21 years or older accompany you to a rated r movie.
