Yes, as far as I know they're still doing $5 Tuesdays. It's $5 all day for a regular movie. I know there was a sign in the lobby the other day saying certain Tuesdays were exempt (like Christmas), but I just checked the app and they're definitely $5 today.
Far as I know it's only the first show of the day. It goes up a little with each showing as the day goes on.
