Yes we do, we have some Band-Aids, shots, stethoscopes, thermometers... Mostly on one mold. Ones that actually say nurse (bitesize) should be in this week.
They have a HUGEE supply of chocolate/candy molds. Like an entire room. I'm sure you can find something!
And lots of good melting chocolate in a variety of flavors.
