Through negligence or incompetence magical touch did not fully close my oil plug the last time i was there. When you leave the shop make sure to check that your oil plug is fully secured. If you loose any oil they will not replace it.

It depends on your vehicle and the condition it is in. I can tell you they are very reasonable and their detailer is amazing. I have used them 3 times and my car and truck have come back looking better than brand new. I called around and their pricing is comparable to others in area, actually a little less than the average. You won't go wrong having them do your detailing, they're worth every penny! Please tip the detailer, he's great.
