Well apparently they thought it would be quicker, an sadly most restaurants wait on drive thru before they wait on the guest that are inside. Could be numerous explanations though, may be its hard for them to get in and out of car, walk, or just heat alone. It comes down to why did it take so long to make one frappe!
Yep, always quicker to just go inside.
So because someone has a health problem I guess they do not need a frappe on a hot day. now there is good logic... NOT

Mainly people are lazy not to get out their cars and go inside where it will take maybe 5 minutes.
