Horrible. Brought friends here from out of town and they locked the doors 15 minutes before closing time. It’s not a restaurant with steak, so don’t close so early.

Nothing like getting your hopes up for a delicious waffle cone with your favorite flavor of ice cream in it. You arrive and wait in line for 10 minutes to be waited on only to be told "We have no waffle cones" !!! Are you flipping kidding me ??? Employees were less than courteous as a matter of fact, one was angry about the others and expresses it out loud right in front of my wife and I. We will never stop here again ! BTW .... Your sign still has bulbs burnt out since the last time we were there months ago. Pathetic.

It was a mess inside, half of the flavors were empty, no cones or waffle bowls. The kids working left a metal ice cream container sitting on the counter so long it was half melted soup and they kept using it, so food safety is clearly not a concern. The back room is open and clearly visible and it was horrific to view. Food on the counters, food on the floor. Just a disgusting mess everywhere. I get that there was only four people working and they were busy but that’s no excuse to serve food products that were at a sustained improper temperature. The management needs to get this situation under control.
