I recommend parking across the street in the California Fresh Market lot, if not for the space, it'll definitely be easier to leave when you do.
Or park in the outlet shopping center nearby.
T.V.? I don't think so. Someone might steal it. Coco's parking lot is rather small for R.V's (depending on time of day). But there is a very large parking lot across the street. Big enough for 18 wheelers.
Parking is kinda tight depending on how big your RV is, if not yeah park it across the street but be careful crossing, it's a busy road
