Hi--thanks for the question on beef liver or chicken liver. We do not sell beef liver. We do sell chicken livers--not fresh but frozen from Gerber Amish Farms, who supply our Amish & Mennonite raised chicken. Hope this helps!
Yes, The store is fantastic, clean & all products are fresh. This is the only place we get our meats from. Hope you enjoy!

yes everything appears to be fresh there is definitely a Tommy store it is kind of a corny store had the feeling I was on vacation. But somewhere where the Amish have a store in Pennsylvania. I spent about $80 and I brought my stuff home and enjoyed it. However I have no need or desire to go back there again. I will just go to a regular grocery store.
