They are good. I have never had a problem with them.
I've taken some of my cars there for at least 15 years and have always had really good service. The employees are always nice guys and very professional. They dont try to sell you unnecessary services but they do go over your vehicles maintenance schedule which will include more than an oil change. Pricing for other services like coolant flush, transaxle service, wiper blades, filters, bulbs,etc are fairly priced and they always have electronic coupons. They also offer top off service between oil changes which includes wiper fluid.
They like most place it is good but you have to remember they are there to make money...They will try to get you to do more.
I've always received excellent customer service. They really seem to know what they're doing.
We are very concerned with the quality of our customer service as well as the quality of the actual service. We inspect multiple key points on all vehicles that obtain our service. I believe that we are one of the best in Columbus.
