On June 5th 2022, at your Clintonville location (4844 N High St. 43214) one of your employees, who is a chronic speeder through our neighborhood and is a known menace, was approached by the Columbus Police to receive a speeding ticket for going 47mph through out 25mph neighborhood. The police followed him to Take 5 and upon their arrival, they were met by YOUR management and other employees who tried to interfere, harass and challenge the police officers by demanding a permit. This was a huge public scene and ended with 8 or 9 police cars showing up because of your unruly, uncooperative staff. Many calls have been made to your corporate office with no response. The Attorney General and BBB have been notified and the menace employee is still speeding through our neighborhood at speeds of 50-60 mph, with pedestrians literally dodging him. Our communities next step will be notifying the local media.

Store Manager of all people was assisting us. Asked him to check the wind shield wipers on both the front and back to see if some new ones might be needed. Manager comes from behind the car to say he broke off the back wind shield wiper of the car. Said he did not have the part at the shop but he would order it from a local place and we could come back later that night or first thing in the morning. Part didn't make it that night so we called back the next morning to learn he did not even order the part and we would now have to drive to another shop to have it repaired. Ordeal ended up lasting all day for something that never should have happened. Will never use this shop again. Manager wasn't even apologetic. Be careful if you choose to use this location.

The manager and assistant manager did very incredible work for me. You can’t imagine how they treat me. My car was overdue everything. They gave me all recommendations and replaced it. I would say they have done more than i asked. They check everything my car needs. I would recommend this location every one. Today around 2pm. Pulled in and there was only one other person waiting with both bays occupied. I sat there for 20 minutes. No one came out to acknowledge I was waiting, although a guy did come out and check the other guys tire pressure and fluids. I thought their trademark was fast service. When I finally gave up, the two cars in the bays still had their hoods up and the other guy was still waiting but still no one had acknowledged that I was even there. Fail.
