I've experienced the same thing. They really struggle with balancing the in store orders and online orders. In my experience only a few of them work quickly the rest act like they dont care. With as busy as they get they need to move fast to keep up.
A little under staffed today, and poor guy worked the counter making orders and couldn't get help suring lunch rush in short north Columbus. Yes going down
