Update of this Chipotle. Sign on door at 817 pm says they are closed but they are still accepting online orders through door dash and Uber eats. They will take your money online and the people inside will stare at you wondering why you are even there!!! Worst Chipotle! I feel bad for the people working delivery!!!

This location is always hit or miss. Some days I get amazingly HOT and FRESH food and great customer service and others... Well... Old scraps and food, suspicious looking chicken and wait five minutes for the employees to finish their conversation to even acknowledge you. But overall, I have more pleasant experiences than putrid. Just beware... It's terribly busy during lunch (1100-200) and weekends.

The food is always excellent here compared to other Chipotle's however I did get double charged by what seem to be a new employee about a week ago. I called in and actually spoke to that employee who said to bring in my receipt the following day to get a refund which I was not able to do with my schedule. I stopped in about 4 days later and to my surprise one of the employees recognized me and mentioned to the manager without me asking that I had been double-charged and so I received my meal for free that night which really blew my mind considering I didn't even ask! So here's to that employee and all the others for the excellent service and the great tasting food and keep it up guys!!!

So I'm standing in chipotle and they have nothing. Its 930. They said that this happens every night. I found the staff to be very nonchalant about their service. More than enough staff to complete the job right. But the store is messy, no food, no plastic ware. Just the worst chipotle in the city. Management should really lead their employees in the way a business should be run. Will not be returning. Oh and the rice was crunchy. Update, spent nearly an hour spray painting the toilet bowl. Do not eat here unless you want tho get sick!!! Calling the health dept in the morning.

Sounds bout right
I've experienced the same thing. They really struggle with balancing the in store orders and online orders. In my experience only a few of them work quickly the rest act like they dont care. With as busy as they get they need to move fast to keep up.
