I haven't ordered that one but we typically get an apple one and it always comes with ice so I would guess yes. Since you mentioned very little fruit, I will mention we were there about two weeks ago and the drinks had far fewer pieces of fruit and were not nearly as good as usual.
I would definitely request minimal ice so you can have all the good stuff!!🍷🍾🥂
