I was seated rather quickly, had time to read the entire menu 6 times. Then a family was seated across from me and immediately was asked what they wanted to drink and if they wanted appetizers. I was still ignored, this ended my visit and found another place to eat. Customer service in this country is destroying restaurants not covid.

Fast and accurate service. Simple parking. No wait with online check-in. Food exactly as ordered. Clean dining area. Friendly staff. Quick to clean tables after guests leave. Thank you, Jazmin M. We would ask for you always if we were local - OG is our spaghetti spot!

We went to have lunch at this location today. We have kids with us. The two young girls that were in the front checked us in. They didn’t ask us if we want to sit in a table or booth. She just said “follow me” ruthlessly. I wish I got her name, ha! So we “followed” her. She put us in a table. I respectfully asked if it’s okay to move to a booth and if they have availability. She said “well I have to check you in again in the front!”. So I followed her there and back to the booth. She turned around and almost hit my kid. She didn’t say a single thing. She just put the utensils in the table and left without a word. She is so rude!! I tried to enjoy my time with my family. My kids acted good so I’m happy because of that. Our server was great too that’s why you get a 3-star review. This restaurant needs to hire people with better attitude towards their customers. What a shame! If I only got the chance to get your name, whoever that rude hostess was! Good luck to you. I don’t think we are coming back to this place!!!
