I have a hard time imagining dogs are allowed at this Italian restaurant unless you were to be seated outside.

I believe the original statement made about dogs being allowed there was referring to the restaurant who occupied the space before Viggiano’s, called Spampinato’s, If I recall correctly they hosted dog friendly happy hours once a month or so. Viggiano’s has allowed diners to have their dogs on the outdoor patio, not in the restaurant.

There has never been dogs allowed inside at the restaurant.

I have eaten there twice and also cannot imagine dogs being allowed.
