They are very helpful in scheduling flexibility but could not find reliable consistent help for my parents. It proved difficult to constantly work with new (sometimes under qualified) caregivers. They then advised us that they were no longer available to assist. My father has dementia and mother recovering from surgery which put us in a difficult position. I'm sure they are better under different circumstances but did very little to help our family.

Easy to work with and very professional. They helped with filing an insurance claim for long term care and were very persistent with the carrier. Each team member we interacted with was pleasant and helpful; no passing the buck. I would highly recommend them.

The team at Reliant was AMAZING and matched us with a phenomenal aide with 30+ years experience. She was incredible -- I only wish we had sought to use home care sooner. This agency doesn’t require you to have a 2 steptb or you don’t have to be vaccinated they also don’t make sure u past the test or do the correct training before they hire you I’m talking about this reliant the owner name is David he hires anybody and you don’t have to be vaccinated or have tb and my mother got sick because of it
