It's because they make a lot of money off people who don't come in and cancel. Its a pretty common tactic
It's really easy to ask the attendant at Rocket Express to cancel the subscription anytime you want
I was having the same issue, i went in and filled out a form to cancel my account.
So it's in the fine print about your subscription if you don't call the other companies that hold the policy number they will continue to charge you
