I don't represent Sage Market, but I've been there and I know, they don't have fresh fish. They have frozen ingredients, like meat for the beef bowl I sometimes prepare. Rice, vinegar, seaweed paper, yes, they have. Fresh fish, no. I've seen fresh fish at other oriental markets, but I doubt they qualify as sushi-grade fish. They do prepare sushi for lunch, maybe calling them directly and asking if they would sell the fish they use to you?
Their fish is limited. Aquarius Market has fresh sushi-grade fish. Sage has everything else you need.
Yes the Japan-Sage market has all the ingredients you have indicated. Sushi grade fish, fresh ingredients and a wide array of other items that will enhance your preparation and dining experience.
