You don't really. I worked the back half shifts to get 17.60 but for that is 3 12 hr shifts. So ya 36 hrs of your thr. Fr. Sat. But great ppl and your night does fly. Oh did I mention that is Graves also 6pm to 630am. But 18 um no... Now 2 years lv3 Qb of Floor Health. So 18.00 no. But there are internal positions that you can get that pay that.

18 is only for the purple vest managers, and they're salaried employees, paid monthly.
