Is it typical to wait 15minutes for your order here in the drive through? Do they have a staffing problem or is it just pure incompetence? Asking for a friend who is currently waiting

I think they are excellent at the Dunmore McDonald’s I think they comes in first place next to Kaiser Avenue I forgot Washington Avenue oh they are good always 🙃If you’re in the mood for Mickey D’s they’re all good

(Update I meant the one in south scranton, last time I was at O'Neil it was quick but they charged my card. Then tried charging me again for the same order inside) Yes, I go every morning for a coffee nd sometimes afternoon or night for fries for my daughter. Two lines nd always a wait. Im forced to order before nd go inside anymore. It is fn insane! Same thing with Burger King on luzerne anymore. Fast food is no longer fast food.
