Food Stamps, (snap), Medicaid, babysitting assistance, and financial assistance if you are missing out on working for/due to disabilities or medical reasons, are all applied for online and can be done on one application for everything! You can use the library or the jobs department at the State office you live closest to you. It does take some time so be sure to try and get help for your children if you go into the office to do your application. It is easiest to do online if your alre too have internet and computer at home or at a neighbor's. Make sure you complete it before submitting it and make sure that once it is submitted that you call or go in within a week. The soonest you call for your phone interview and/or go in for a face to face interview, the better!! You can fo the application and interview in the same day. Make sure to call our go in immediately for most effective help. Remember your login information & you can do mail notices or email paperless messages. Call them!
