So I have a pet quail and it just seems so sad. I would like for it to have a better life not trapped in a cage all alone, let me get to the point. Would I be able to bring the poor bird in?

I brought in a starling that had hit our window and he took it in. If i had any cash on me at the time i would have donated, but he didn't ask. I was just glad it made my wife feel a lot better.
