I love this place! They help so many birds and it makes me happy.

They took in Big Penny, our terrifyingly huge rooster who was supposed to be a girl. Last we saw him he was happily sitting in the lap of one of the workers.

I called for a bird rescue and they told me to call animal control. The man who answered the phone was very rude about it. Did not seem to care about helping the bird with a broken wing or did not offer any advice when I asked for it. Very disappointed, I have no idea how to help this bird and I'm not going to call animal control because I don't want it put down.

They do God’s work!

Yes
According top my research it is illegal to keep a crow as a pet due to the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (US law. So I'm sure the person running ASAP will not allow anyone to adopt or buy a crow. I think they are really cool, and it should not be illegal. But those that have the guns, make the laws.
Yes both
Call and ask they have jobs for young kids too.
Yes, volunteers are greatly appreciated.
I was a volunteer. I am not sure of that question , but they have many hens. Call them directly.
They do have macaws. I do not know the prices of any of the birds
Yes. I donated my roosters and adopted some hens. I too thought I had bought hens and ended up with roosters.
1232 w. Parkway ave. They should take it in. If not i do have someone who would probably take it
Yes, not sure about the hours. But what I do know this is a great place for birds.
I brought in a starling that had hit our window and he took it in. If i had any cash on me at the time i would have donated, but he didn't ask. I was just glad it made my wife feel a lot better.
I volunteer there and yes they will take them in. You will just need to rescue them and bring them in. Just call them and talk to Richard. He's the owner
am just looking for an umbrella because that's what I want
Not sure....didn't see any there...
They now would be considered domestic Mallard and yes you can bring them to our sanctuary and we will care for them
I'm in no way affiliated with ASAP, but this site seems like it might be helpful. Thank you for caring for that baby! Best of luck.
