So by "open until ten" do you actually mean "we're going to close our drive thru at least 10 minutes before 10 but the order screen will tell you we're still open while the recording apologizes for being closed?" Thanks for wasting my time.

That sounds like an abnormal situation. So depending on how busy they are it can close at different times but all close to 10. If you have specific questions call and ask for one of the managers and on weekends, the owner.
