Sam was incredibly helpful and took the time to give me a feel for the mattresses. Rather than ask me what I was looking for (as I was new to buying a mattress). He had me test out a couple to figure out what I liked and helped me get the best deal on a mattress. Due to COVID I wasn’t able to get the mattress that day, but Sam was up front about this and made the process as easy as possible. Delivery to the house free of charge, and $200 which went towards alot of the bed’s accessories. I’d definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a mattress.

My boyfriend and I had never shopped for a new mattress before and I thought it was a full involved all day process. Doing research online mattress firm had the most selection and online education explaining the difference between mattress types. Nate was knowledgeable and we did the whole thing in about thirty min! It wasn't available at store but we were allowed to pick up at the nearby warehouse!!! Who else does that?!?! We hit a snag and was worried we would be sleeping on the floor. We called Nate and it wasn't an issue for us to be taken care of in a way that was convenient for us at no additional expenses. Mattress firm customer for life and a huge fan of Nate!

He was able to help multiple customers and train a new employee (Aaron), and equally divide his time to help us all. David took the time to explain finance options, and was able to match the price from competitors. I bought a mattress set, and look forward to a good night's sleep.
