Why does your service suck?

West Valley Popeyes is trash go to Jordan landing

I went there and the told me the $5 shrimp tackle box only came with popcorn shrimp. I said that was untrue because I had gotten regular shrimp at Jordan Landing just a couple days before ordering the same thing off the menu. He insisted they gave me the regular shrimp because they were out of popcorn and I said no that was not the case plus your picture shows regular shrimp not popcorn shrimp. I ended up with popcorn shrimp that was truly more like the Tails of the shrimp dipped in batter. I did call corporate and complain. They said they would take it to higher management.

Because the Manager at this location is beyond belief incompetent and does not care at all about customer service.

Every time I've gone to this location (the last time was the other day) I ended up leaving and going to Jordan Landing or someplace different all together

Definitley a Great Place for the best fried chicken you will find. Service is getting up towhere it needs to be.
