How does this place handle allergies? I'm with someone who has a very sensitive allergy to eggs (if his food is cooked on the same pan that cooked something with eggs in it, he'll react).

They will cook it in a separate pan. Just make sure you tell your server immediately. They were real good with my allergy sensitivities.

As the otherd said, the server will tell the chefs/cooks there is a food allergy.

They will accommodate you - just ask in advance.
