Really just normal clothes. Probably something you could be semi-active in (I.E. probably not skirts) and could sit, stand, bend, or reach easily in. Shoes that you are comfortable standing in for an extended period of time, because it's not guaranteed that there will be places to sit.
There are parts where you need to crawl into hiding spaces, but most of the time you are locked in a room. It can get warm if there are a lot of people in your group.
