How do I obtain a library card? (Are they still a thing? It's been a really long time since I've been to a library) Does it cost anything?

Bucks County Free Library Cards are free to those who live, work, attend school, or pay taxes in Bucks County or who have a library card from a stated-aided public library that participates in Access Pennsylvania.
