Me and my friend are twelve and thirteen and we want to bring a ten year old, and eight year old, and a seven year old. Do we have the authority to do that or do we have to have an adult?

You can be at any age to bring children, but make sure it's ok with the parents of the younger children.

You are fine without an adult, yiu you just have to watch the younger kids carefully.
