Is there off street parking? If not, where is it recommended to park?

There is street parking. If you go early in the week park across the street at the Broad Street Market.

The Midtown Scholar has their own parking lot behind the store on Susquehanna street. Free parking for their customers.

Agree with Angela Taylor. Also, nearby Broad Street Market is surrounded by free parking spots.

There is a lot for midtown scholar behind the building.

Verbeke St has angled spots on the side of the street. That is the easiest place to park.

Street parking is not expensive either. A few dollars for a couple hours and Harrisburg is changing it so that after 5pm parking is free. Not sure when the change goes in effect though.

Park any where and if you get a citation just pay it.
