There is no way to get picked up by rideshare at the Park Ride. Board bus 320 at PABT. Don't get off at Park Ride. Stay on bus 320 to Harmon Meadow and get picked up there.
I would imagine that it would be as simple as booking a Uber to meet you at North Bergen P&R.
