I go there all the time most of the time there is some one on the phone with a customer Even while there checking some one out on the same time
They are probably busy.
I have been in there with at least 4 people working, they are all always doing something but when I come in, they stop and ask if I need help with anything. Also, they truly go out if their way because I don't know much about systems anymore and my little one is just getting into them and they always ask him if he needs help with anything and he will ask 100 questions if I let him. I don't. Point being, the phones were always like that but the people that work there know the games and consoles and and work hard. I usually don't give places such high praise either. People are always calling to see if they have a certain game is stock or they are pre ordering the newest game coming out at the time.
