Public parking at HS..or find street parking easily on less busy days. For busy days, prepare to park either far from water (several blocks) or in a lot (pretty cheap) worst cases.. park off shore and take a ride in but that is rare for OC NJ.
There are city owned parking lots at 5th & the boardwalk, 6th & Atlantic, and the beach blocks on 8th, Moorlyn Terrace and also 9th St. Prices vary during the season and by demand. There are also various privately owned lots along Atlantic and Ocean Aves. Again, prices vary by the season and demand. Also there is metered and free parking on the streets. The challenge is finding a spot convenient to the boardwalk. The father away from the boardwalk and center of town you go you will fill more free parking.
Paid parking lots are plentiful and close by, or free parking lot is at 5th street.
