How come dollar General closes before nine..

I think they close at 9 if not at 8 that's because Philadelphia store law they can't stay open more then 12 hours so if they open at 8 am they have to close at 8 pm

It closes @ 8:00pm. Sometimes they lock the doors @ 7:30pm.
