You're absolutely right. And to make matters worse, the wait in line can sometimes take up to 20 mins. Or longer.
The employees are alright but the store is a mess everytime I go in there and the lines are ridiculous
Yes they need to hire people and have the store properly cleaned
Unfortunately I have to agree. But the staff is very courteous. I still frequent the store when I'm not in a hurry.
Bad customer service have to wait in long lines
Honestly I stopped going in that store it's trifling everyone that works there
