while it is correct a lot of people do take their kids to eat @ the brigantine, i personally wouldn't take my kids with me ...they have a kids menu, however i think most people want to enjoy their delicious $150 dinners not listen to other people's kids cry/misbehave...
Many people take kids every where. What's your real question? Are they allowed? Yes. Is there a kids menu? No idea. Look it up on line and I'm sure it will say.

It's not kid friendly. Not really a family restaurant. I wouldn't take kids here.
They have a kids menu, booster seats and family dining areas. Bringing the kiddos will be fine. They are all family friendly establishments.
