I believe the the 80's, same owner. It was in a different section of the shopping center where the acme is. True the tables are chipped really dont care I'm not eating them. Dirty ehhhhh it's a dive seafood joint , adds character. They never claimed to be a 5 star establishment. Waitresses mean??? Maybe I've never encountered that there but I guess everyone's entitled to a bad day or two. All I know is when I'm hungry and want seafood I'm there. Give it a try and form your own opinion.
