Yes absolutely true. This place is the worst. They keep your deposit if they want regardless. Its a terrible place to stay and not safe.

I have stayed there twice this year .. The rooms had such a high smell of bleach I had to get something to make the room smell better. The bed and everything in the looked as if it came from out of the dumpster. The staff at the front desk are crocks . My deposits were never given back and when I call to ask why I was placed on a very long hold and hung up on .. Called back and was told that there was evidence of me smoking in the room and that is why it wasn't returned. Mind you I don't smoke nothing ever in my life. Back in the day this was a nice place to stay but the new owners do care .. They just want money . anyone looking to book here . do yourselves a favor and keep looking . you can find something better priced well and clean. Never stay at this motel and yes that is what I called it.
Yup this is true and there are people walking around talking to themselves the bar food is horrible and we got the worst room .... Then we had to spend another 2 nights the next room was better the pool was dirty I do not recommend
