Why does it seem like every time you go through a drive-through you never ever get what you order or something's it's always cold never do long John silver's at night

Our food cold and greasy. It had a bad taste. You can tell that the oil hasn't been changed. The prices are high too

I asked for extra crumbs never got them and the French fries were soggy salty and cold

Yes went last night and got 3 meals 2 of them chicken and the meat and crust was floppy and soggy.!

Last time I went there a few weeks ago, everything was so hot and fresh I couldn't eat it and had to let it cool. It was delicious.
