You surely Can freeze them, (I hav done so myself) only I will tell you that I do not recommend leaving in the freezer too long .. these specialty cakes are not like meat that you can leave in the freezer and will last a long time .. the ice particles (I hav found) dry them out if they remain in the freezer over a month .. ish . This really affects the quality for me so be careful in freezing too long .. I hope this Helps .. !
