Yep, they sure do. I believe it's through the Humane Society, but they are at Petco. Go in the doors, take a right, and in cages along the front wall.
They usually have at least 2 available that you can adopt.

They don't sell cats. They have cats available to adopt from the humane society. Usually around 4 of them located just inside the doors on the right
