Hello, I am considering purchasing a unit and wanted to know, if there is storage on the property or garages, if so do all units have one. Thank you.

There are storage units and garages but not for all units. If you happen to buy one of the condo units that already has a garage and the owner is willing to sell together, keep in mind the price will be higher to accommodate the garage as well (or storage).

There are storage and garage units but they have to be purchased separately. Not every unit has a garage or storage unit. Its first come first serve as they become available. I highly recommend three fountains I love living here.
