There are people ahead of you and behind you, particularly in a drive through line. Mistakes happen at all stores and while it is unfortunate that you drew the short straw, most places tend to be very helpful in rectifying the issue if you return and politely speak to a manager. Further, the wait isn't really their fault; again, there's other customers who might have gotten very large or complicated orders.
Usually I receive wrong order, too. I have just learned to accept the fact and check my order before leaving. And I don't visit too often for that reason!
Small Toco Bell...small parking .and small staff..this Toco Bell gets really busy around 11 a.m. Until about 2 p.m.
