I've never had a problem getting them on the phone!! Just keep calling and guaranteed someone will either answer or call u back!!
They never call me back. Even once during a emercency call to the on call docter. Called 3 times to on call. I usually just keep calling several times a day till i get someone.
It is a very busy office, and the ladies up front are wonderful! Strangely enough, I almost always get one of them when I call. Maybe it's an extra busy Monday?
