Website says no pets unless your the owner! They need to update the website.
It is up to the owner of the condo. But their are pets there! You may have to pay a security deposit.

Depends on the condo owner's policy. I have stayed in 2 different condos and neither one allowed pets.
Each condo is owned privately so you would need to ask the owner or person in charge of renting the condo out if the owner allows dogs.
No only for owners...
